The five main social-emotional learning competencies include Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, and Responsible Decision-Making. Each of these social-emotional learning competencies includes multiple target skills. Each of our lessons includes videos, games, and more. Lessons for each week are centered around a specific target skill within an SEL competency.

With our Self-Awareness videos, students can understand their own emotions, thoughts, and values. Then, they can determine how their behavior is affected across various situations. Many target skills fall into this competency.
With our Self-Management videos, students can learn to manage their own emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Then, they can achieve their goals and aspirations in different situations. Many target skills fall into this competency.
With our Social Awareness videos, students can learn to understand the perspectives of others, in order to empathize with them. This includes those from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Many target skills fall into this competency.
With our Relationship Skills videos, students can learn to develop healthy and supportive relationships with their peers. They can also learn to communicate with diverse individuals and groups. Many target skills fall into this competency.
With our Responsible Decisions videos, students can learn to make responsible and caring choices. Then, this will help affect their social interactions with others across different situations. Many target skills fall into this competency.
